Agents of Change offers an end-to-end coaching experience for people wanting to compete in any NPC show.  Services include: 

• NPC contest and division selection

• Self-discipline and bodybuilding mindset coaching

• Training and cardio tailored to your division and current physique - modified as needed during prep

• Nutrition tailored based on division and current physique - modified as needed during prep

• Weekly check in process that includes picture review, weight tracking, monitoring of stress, sleep, and digestion, discussion of plan changes and answering any questions

• Customized supplement protocol based on division and physique

• Posing and stage presence

• Reverse diet post-show 

• Assistance with contest preparations such as education on what to expect the day of contest, recommendations for tan, suit, hair, make-up and shoes (if applicable)
