We focus on helping you get the most out of the best exercises available by perfecting your technique, helping you establish a mind-muscle connection and using progressive overload to insure progress. In-person training is done exclusively at all Mei Fitness locations.
If you are just getting started or hit a plateau, Agents of Change can help you by creating a training plan to meet your goals. Our training plans are broken down by which exercises to do each day along with a link to a video to insure you know which piece of equipment to use and good technique. We write plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced level lifters and competitive bodybuilders.
Our process is built around the belief system that you can get control of your health and fitness. We work with you on defining your highest level goal and how to create a lifestyle to support it.
