In-Person Training

Our goal is to optimize your time while training.  We focus on helping you get the most out of the best exercises available by perfecting your technique, helping you establish a mind-muscle connection and using progressive overload to insure progress.  We train people at their home gyms.  George provides in-person training at Mei Fitness Keystone and Fishers locations.


Training Plans

If you are just getting started or hit a plateau, Agents of Change can help you by creating a training plan to meet your goals.  Our training plans are broken down by which exercises to do each day along with a link to a video to insure you know which piece of equipment to use and good technique.  We write plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced level lifters and competitive bodybuilders.


Getting control of your nutrition is one of the biggest things you can do to change your life.  Agents of Change will create a nutrition plan to get you to your goals.  Nutrition plans include meal options, macros broken down by meal and education to help you be successful.

The Process

Our process is built around the belief system that you can get control of your health and fitness.  We work with you on defining your highest level goal and how to create a lifestyle to support it.


We offer coaching to people that are looking to hit the stage for the first time, are ready for the national level and professional bodybuilders.
