Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and to respect the time of our trainers, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel a session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 4 hours' notice. Late Cancellation/No Show: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled session or failure to attend will result in losing credit for that session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high-quality experience for everyone!
