Strong-HER Classes $464/month

Our LADIES ONLY Small Group Strength Training Classes.  We take the fear out of walking into an overcrowded gym and give you a supportive, expert-led environment.  Small Group (up to 6 people).  Big Results.

Duration:   8 Weeks

Includes:

  • 2X a Week Small Group Strength Training Classes (16 Total)

  • 3 InBody Body Composition Assessments + Interpretations done at the Beginning, end of 4 Weeks and the end of Program

  • 1 In-depth Nutrition Consultation (30 minutes)

​We specialize in strength training because it's the foundation of lifelong fitness, vitality and body composition changes.  Our studio features brand new, state-of-the-art resistance machines - specifically curated to help you train effectively, efficiently and safely.  Unlike other group classes that rely heavily on bodyweight circuits, free weights and barbells (which can be great tools in the right context), our equipment allows for controlled movements, proper alignment and progressive resistance to break plateaus and help you get the results you want.

This means less stress on your joints, a lower risk of injury and a smarter way to build lean muscle, especially important for those over 35 or returning to fitness after time away.  You won't just work hard - you'll train right. 

​

Whether you are just getting started or ready to break through a plateau, our private and small group programs combine expert coaching, strategic nutrition and measurable progress to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
