With a small group of no more than 6 participants, each session offers personalized guidance in a supportive, relaxed and private environment. Designed to introduce key strength training techniques, the program emphasizes proper form, gradual progression and sustainable results. Whether you are new to strength training or returning after a break, this class provides the tools and confidence you need to get stronger, feel better, look your best and set the stage for long-term success. This class includes lower body and upper body movements.
