Our LADIES ONLY strength training program.  If you are new to training, we take the fear out of walking into an overcrowded gym and give you a supportive, expert-led environment.  If you are an experienced lifter, you'll love our high-end strength training equipment!

Program Components

  • 12 week program

  • 8 Ladies Only strength training classes a month

  • 4 Body composition assessments using InBody technology

  • Nutrition consultation

  • Supplement review and recommendations

  • Add-on:  Sauna access

  • Renewal:  Monthly after initial 3 months

  • $464/month
