Step 1: InBody Assessment
​
Your journey begins with a comprehensive InBody assessment to get a detailed picture of your current body composition. This non-invasive scan measures your muscle mass, body fat percentage, water balance and more, giving insights into areas for focus. The InBody results help us tailor your nutrition plan to support fat loss, muscle growth and specific fitness goals.

Step 2: Goal-Setting Consultation
​
In this one-on-one session, you will sit down with your nutrition coach to discuss your InBody assessment, goals, lifestyle and dietary preferences. We will talk through any challenges you have faced with nutrition in the past and establish achievable, motivating goals.

Step 3: Customized Nutrition Plan Development
​
Based on your InBody results, personal goals and preferences, your coach will create a personalized nutrition plan. This plan will focus on optimizing your meal timing, macronutrient and micronutrient balance, portion sizes and sample meal ideas including tips for dining out. Each element is designed to fit easily into your routine, ensuring your plan is sustainable and realistic.

Step 4: Implementation and Coaching

Once you plan is in place, it is time to put it into action! You will start implementing your nutrition strategies with the support of your coach. They will be available to answer questions, make adjustments as needed and help you troubleshoot obstacles.
