Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

At Agents of Change Personal Training, our Small Group Personal Training sessions are a perfect option for people new to resistance training or seasoned lifters looking to break a plateau.  With exclusive access to George and Meredith Cristo - certified trainers, nutritionists and professional athletes - our members benefit from personalized programs that integrate advanced training techniques with proper form and intensity to get the results you want.  Small groups.  Big results.

What can I expect during a SGPT session?

During a Small Group Personal Training session, members can expect a motivating, energizing experience focused on personal goals.  Each session is led by an expert trainer who is supportive and brings precision to the workout, ensuring everyone receives the guidance needed while benefiting from the camaraderie of the group.

Sessions start with sets of warm up exercises followed by targeted resistance training to build functional power and strength (without the bulk - unless that is a goal), stability and confidence.  Our trainers carefully tailor the exercises to fit your fitness level while pushing you to achieve your best while maintaining safety and optimal technique.

The atmosphere is supportive and empowering - members encourage each other, and friendships naturally form, creating a true sense of community.  Expect to leave each session feeling accomplished, more energized and inspired, knowing you have taken one more step toward a healthier, more resilient you.

Small Group Personal Training Session Options

Full Body Beginner Edition:  These sessions are designed to activate both lower and upper body muscle groups.  It is paced to ensure comfort and understanding, perfect for those new to resistance training or getting back into a routine.  Questions are welcomed and modifications are always available. 

 

Legs and Glutes Beginner Edition:  These sessions introduce foundational lower body movements tailored for those newer to strength training and looking to build shapely legs and glutes.  Each exercise is coached step-by-step by our expert trainers, who offer personalized adjustments and modifications for maximum comfort and safety.

 

Shape & Sculpt Glutes Intermediate:  These sessions are designed for those members ready to take their glute training to the next level.  Focus is on building shape and sculpting the glutes from every angle with targeted exercises.  With an energetic atmosphere, members will leave feeling energized and ready to take on more.
